My first “real” technology job was providing a VoIP phone system by working with the cable providers to ensure the businesses had stable connections and call quality. I noticed that the cable providers were going to provide their own phone systems and began to see the evolution of mobile devices and how they would play a major factor in our lives.
I joined Haneke Design and we quickly became the leader in Mobile Applications. My involvement in projects was from kickoff to delivery and worked with an outstanding team. Applications we developed were named Product of the Year in 2011 and accumulated over 30 Webby, AVA, and Davey Awards.

One of the first projects I worked on was to develop a mobile application that allowed the deaf and hard of hearing to make phone calls using a cell phone. It’s more than just FaceTime, as the user can sign to an interpreter, and the interpreter can talk to a doctor’s office, Best Buy, etc.
This application literally changed the lives of millions of people and Apple endorsed the app and put it on their Accessibility page for over 2 years as the one to download.
